Aaron Lemmens grew up in the small city of Sheboygan, Wisconsin with his parents and older brother. There he participated in community-oriented organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America where he obtained his Eagle Scout alongside his friend and eventual Law Partner Justin Norcross. Growing up Aaron learned the value of hard work, the importance of family, and commitment to his community. This commitment and wish to better himself lead him to attending Undergraduate School at University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan and obtaining his Associates Degree of Arts and Science in 2005 and later his Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Helen Bader School of Social Welfare in 2008.
Following his strong sense of commitment to justice and serving the community Aaron made the decision to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During his time in law school, he completed an externship at the National Guard Judge Advocate General Office in Lansing, Michigan where he assisted in reviewing investigations and researching operational legal questions that had a direct positive impact on those involved. He later graduated from Cooley Law School Cum Laude in 2011. Aaron is admitted to practice in both the Western and Eastern District of Michigan United States District Court.
From 2012-2020 Aaron worked for a major Disability Law Firm in Michigan where he gained the critical knowledge, experience, and expertise to diligently represent his clients. During his time there he handled hundreds of Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation cases.
