Given the fluid nature of the outbreak we are taking steps to ensure the safety of our staff as well as continuing to support you our clients. We have taken the following steps:
1. Most of our staff is now working remotely. There may come a time in the near future that there will no staff in the office if directed by the authorities. But that should not affect our ability to service your insurance needs.
2. Our phone system is set up to allow the agents and staff to answer your calls remotely. But from experience I can tell you that occasionally communication issues with the connections arise. If that happens please be patient. If you leave a voice mail message we should be able to return promptly.
3. The agents and staff have the ability to do all of their work electronically. The only exception is the mail that we receive via the US mail or overnight delivery. There may be periods where no mail is delivered. To that end we ask that if you are able please send by e-mail or fax applications and other documents and/or complete the electronic document links if sent out. And if possible, make payments by ACH or credit card. We accept ACH payments at no charge to you if you use our ACH form. But there is a fee associated when you use E-pay with any credit card transaction or ACH transaction.
4. All your documents are sent to the underwriters and insurers electronically. Many of our partners are taking similar steps to insure we continue to provide you the service you expect.
