Great News for Lawyers with Professional Solutions (PSIC)!
GenStar has agreed to interpret the years that an insured has been continuously insured with PSIC as counting as being insured through our RPG for purposes of calculating benefits under our normal Rewards endorsement. Thus, for example, if an insured has been with PSIC for the past 5 years and their claims history is either no claims or within the “allowable incurred” under the Rewards endorsement, then they would get a 50% reduction in their deductible and $250,000 of CEOL.
In addition, GenStar has also confirmed that they will honor the years with PSIC for purposes of counting towards our free retirement tail.
GenStar is already honoring the years that an insured has been with StarStone under our program, so they just applied that concept to the PSIC insureds as well. Hopefully this will help make the transition easier from PSIC to GenStar.
