Whether you are a law firm, accounting firm, title agency, dental practice or anther type of business, any business can have a law suit brought against them.  Making sure that your firm has the proper insurance coverage could make the difference from staying in business with some pain to going out of business or going bankrupt.  The Hartford article goes into some of the reasons businesses get sued and what can be done to mitigate the likelihood of being sued.  While the article does not mention errors and omissions as a reason to be sued, it highlights that there are many other reasons a suit can be brought.
