ABA Close to Forcing Law Schools to achieve a 75% Bar Exam Passage Rate

After spending $100k or more for law school, many law school grads, wonder what they get?  Tough enough to get that job as an attorney even if you pass the bar, but what if you don’t pass.  In that case what you get is “JD” behind your name and a second mortgage to pay.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the ABA is about to implement a rule that Law Schools must achieve a passage rate of 75% or risk accreditation issues.  The proposal could be implemented as early as next year.  To read more about this issue click:
